Are you an experienced recruiter with at least 12 months' recruitment experience looking to take the next step in your career?

iO Associates is looking for ambitious and commercially minded consultants to join our growing Manchester Technology team. We are hiring recruiters with experience across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, SaaS, Software, Hardware, or other specialist technology markets who are looking for a business that offers genuine progression, market ownership, and uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships with technology clients and hiring managers
• Winning new business and growing existing accounts
• Sourcing and engaging specialist technology professionals
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals
• Developing deep market expertise within your chosen technology vertical
• Working towards individual and team revenue targets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year's recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting within SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, SaaS, Software, Hardware, or another technology market
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven and motivated by performance
• Ambitious, resilient and career-focused
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
