What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with Education and Healthcare professionals
• Identifying and developing new client opportunities
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Becoming a specialist within your market
• Negotiating offers and supporting clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Working towards individual and team targets
