Banks Morgan is recruiting a Children's Home Registered Manager for a growing residential care provider opening a new home in Ilford, East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager or ambitious Deputy Manager to lead a service, build a strong team and deliver safe, therapeutic care.
The home is already Ofsted registered, offering the opportunity to shape its culture, drive high standards and improve children's outcomes.

The Children's Home Registered Manager will also oversee regulatory reporting, documentation and compliance to ensure consistently safe, high-quality care.
Essential Requirements
*
Registered or Deputy Manager experience
*
Level 5 Diploma or willingness to achieve
*
Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma
*
Strong safeguarding knowledge
*
Experience with Ofsted inspections
*
Knowledge of Regulations 44 and 45
*
Proven leadership skills
*
Eligibility for Ofsted registration
Desirable Experience
Experience opening a children's home and knowledge of trauma-informed care would be advantageous.
