The Role
This is a customer-focused position where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
- Acting as the first point of contact for existing customers
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Resolving customer issues and escalating where necessary
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Updating and maintaining customer records on the CRM system
- Working closely with colleagues across different departments
- Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Providing general ad hoc administration
The Candidate
No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is integral to the success of this role.
