Senior Fintech Counsel – BaaS & Consumer Credit (Hybrid)

Achuman Capital is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their fintech team, supporting banking-as-a-service and white-labelled financial products. The successful candidate will focus on fintech and consumer credit matters, including advising on compliance with the Consumer Credit Act and drafting commercial agreements.
