NQ+ Solicitor / Associate – Construction (non-contentious) – London with hybrid working

Role

• Draft and negotiateproject documentation and contracts including all standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements, with support as required
• Work across sectors including health, care, education, sustainability and renewables as well as real estate, housing & accommodation, property investment and commercial property
• Play an active role in business development

You

• NQ - 3 years PQE
• Experience ofworking in a construction or housing team
• Keen to develop knowledge of the construction industry
• Good knowledge of standard form contractsan advantage
