FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVES - IMMEDIATE START! Location: Milton Keynes Pay: £13.01 - 14.14 per hour Shifts: Day shift: 06:30-15:00 Afternoon shift: 14:30-23:00 Employment: Ongoing work Immediate starts available! We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a fast-growing food manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. You'll be working as part of a busy production team, helping to manufacture and prepare high-quality food products while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards. The Role . Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards. Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics surrounding key performance indicators. Recommend/implement ways to improve performance. Insure all dough trays are properly dated, stack and down-stack proper number of trays and maintain rotation practices at proper cooling temperature(s). Maintain and document Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards on cleanliness and sanitation to insure product is free of contamination or foreign material. Presoak dough trays and process through tray washer. Full training provided Requirements * Comfortable working in a physically demanding production environment * Able to carry out regular manual handling * Comfortable working in a chilled environment * Good attention to detail * Able to follow procedures and instructions * Reliable with good attendance * Strong teamwork and communication skills * No jewellery or makeup permitted in production areas * Willing to undergo occasional drug and alcohol testing IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE!
