Children's Registered Home Manager

With one home already achieving a Good rating and another on track, you’ll be joining at an exciting stage of progression and development. Your role as a Registered Manager:   • Lead, inspire and develop a stable staff team within a solo provision setting • Drive Ofsted compliance and quality standards, working towards Good and Outstanding outcomes • Take full ownership of day-to-day operations and safeguarding practices • Build positive relationships with young people, stakeholders, and internal leadership • Support team development and succession planning, including Deputies stepping up   Your experience as a Registered Manager:   • Level 5 qualification and ability to meet Ofsted registration criteria • Experience as a Deputy Manager ready to step up or an existing Registered Manager • Strong knowledge of EBD and complex care environments • Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance effectively • Confident in inspection readiness and regulatory frameworks   You will benefit from a bonus of £500 for a Good inspection outcome and £1,000 for Outstanding, alongside the opportunity to grow within an organisation planning further expansion.
