Xylem is seeking a Leadership Role in Electrical Engineering to manage the day-to-day running of the Electrical Engineering Team in the UK. You will translate customer requirements from contract docs into design deliverables and support a range of water technologies.
The role requires mentoring a 4–6 person team and ensuring high standards for safety, quality and project delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing electrical specifications, assisting with proposals, and ensuring Design output
