The Role The successful candidate will: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff Manage the busy reception area in a professional and welcoming manner Handle telephone and email enquiries efficiently Support with attendance, admissions and general administration duties Work closely with the senior leadership team and office staff Ensure safeguarding and visitor procedures are followed at all times Use school systems confidently and accuratelyCandidate Requirements MUST have previous school administration experience Strong communication and organisational skills Professional, proactive and personable approach Confident using SIMS, Arbor or similar school systems Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environmentWhy work with SANZA Teaching Agency?
