A highly respected national insurance broker is seeking a client-focused Account Handler to join their established team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of Commercial and Mid-Corporate clients, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
About the Role:
- As a key member of the team, you’ll work closely with Account Executives to manage and support a range of commercial clients.
- You’ll be the first point of contact for all client queries, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and expertise.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering a high-quality, efficient service to clients across a variety of sectors.
- Supporting Account Executives in the day-to-day management and renewal of client portfolios.
- Preparing, processing, and reviewing all documentation related to policy placement, amendments, and renewals.
- Building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
- Contributing to the company’s strong reputation for professionalism, competence, and outstanding customer service.
About You:
- We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, expertise, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within an insurance brokerage.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and handle complex information with confidence.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, negotiation, and client management.
- A commitment to personal and professional growth – CII study support is available for those looking to progress their qualifications.

Salary/Benefits Information:
- Salary to £40,000
