Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for accuracy, process improvement, and building strong stakeholder relationships? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a busy and supportive finance team within a well-established organisation operating across major projects and operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with accounts payable or finance administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing incoming supplier invoices via shared inboxes and maintaining invoice registers
• Processing supplier invoices accurately onto SAP
• Monitoring goods receipt inputs and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting site teams and internal stakeholders with SAP and invoice queries
• Processing non-PO invoices with correct coding
• Handling supplier queries and escalating where needed
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving balance issues
• Processing company card statements and employee expenses
• Assisting with payment runs
• Providing wider finance team support when required, including subcontractor payments

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger / Finance Administration
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with suppliers and internal teams
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Positive, proactive, can-do attitude
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
