You'll lead the CAWS ? Uniclass 2015 transition, modernise NBS Chorus , develop master specifications and ensure technical documentation meets current UK regulations.
Key skills:

?? Architectural & Interior specifications
?? Building Regulations / Building Safety Act
?? BIM / Revit / Golden Thread
?? Strong UK industry experience
?? MCIAT, RIBA or equivalent
