Package: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

With offices in Bristol, London, New York and Chicago, they operate on an international scale and have built a strong reputation in high-value markets. The business is known for developing graduates into senior leaders, with multiple Directors and Managers having joined straight from university.

The Role:

Source technology professionals for investment banks, hedge funds and FinTech firms
Build relationships with hiring managers across financial services institutions
Manage candidate processes including interviews and offer negotiations
Develop your own client base within the financial services technology market
