Job Details

A leading infrastructure and facilities services organisation is looking to appoint a Head of Commercial to drive governance, consistency, and performance across a complex public sector contract portfolio.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll lead a centralised function, acting as the organisation’s expert on contractual matters—strengthening controls, improving risk management, and enhancing commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial governance, assurance, and contract management best practice
• Oversee claims, disputes, and risk across major contracts
• Drive consistency in NEC4 contract management and change control
• Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, and supply chain
• Deliver improved commercial performance and insight

We’re Looking For

• Strong xwzovoh commercial contract management experience in complex environments
• Deep understanding of NEC4 and public sector frameworks (Procurement Act 2023)
• Proven track record in disputes, governance, and risk
• Credible leader able to influence at senior level
