Family Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive 

South Devon | Hybrid & Home-Based Working 

Are you an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in South Devon? 

This role offers the flexibility of predominantly remote working, combined with occasional office attendance for team meetings, collaboration days and client requirements. The firm has an excellent reputation for family law and continues to attract a strong pipeline of privately funded work.

Private Family Law Work Includes

• 
  
• Divorce and separation
• Financial settlements and ancillary relief
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Private children matters
• Child arrangements orders
• Grandparents' rights applications
• Non-molestation and occupation orders
• Family relationship breakdown and dispute resolution

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or Chartered Legal Executive
• Minimum 3 years' PQE or equivalent experience in family law
• Proven experience handling private family law matters independently
• You MUST be based within South Devon or the surrounding area
• Able to attend court hearings and occasional office meetings when required
• Existing local contacts, professional network or client following would be advantageous, but not essential
