Team Assistant / PA – Birmingham City Centre Leading Investment Bank £14-£16 per hour 5 days in office  On-going temp role with the potential to convert to permanent  The chance to join a leading investment bank with a globally recognised name, in Central Birmingham. My client is looking for a Team Assistant to join the Data Engineering division, with the opportunity to work alongside some of the top PAs within the industry alongside the Chief of Staff! This role requires a polished, hardworking and driven individual, to work in their impressive offices Monday to Friday.   Approximately 1 year of experience working as a PA or Team Assistant, within an office-based environment, will be essential in order to be considered for this opportunity. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Diary management, coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time-zones Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees  Managing high volume of phone calls and emails Maintain and complete regular data quality checks of internal organisational and workforce systems. Support the management of workforce allocation and resource planning systems. Assist with contingent worker onboarding, including following up on background checks and onboarding requirements. Manage contingent worker time tracking and support accurate vendor invoicing. Assist with monthly financial accruals and professional fee reconciliation. Prepare and maintain accurate reports and data for senior stakeholders. Support a range of operational projects and initiatives across the Data Engineering division. Work collaboratively with teams across the business to ensure deadlines are met and processes are managed effectively.ABOUT YOU: 2–3 years' relevant experience, ideally within financial services or another highly regulated, professional environment. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgement. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong numeracy skills.If you have the desired experience, possess a strong work ethic and a hunger to succeed, then please apply now!
