Fire Risk Asessor

As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be Completing destructive and invasive assessments across a variety of property types such as social housing, commercial, and student accommodation sectors Writing up your findings and discussing these results with stakeholders and responsible parties Liaising with clients and stakeholders, ensuring KPIs and compliance standards are met across all projects Offering professional feedback and suggestions for amendments and improvements using your findings as supportI’d love to speak to anyone who has: A strong background in fire risk assessing within the commercial and social housing industry Proven experience managing multiple projects Technical knowledge of risk assessing and relevant legislation Managing their own workload and completing tasks to a deadline Excellent client and stakeholder communication skills Experience in Type 4 assessments Tier 3 NFRARThe role is offering the following benefits: Pension Contribution Flexi Holiday 29 days annual leave including bank holidays IT SchemeThis role will be offering £50,000 to £70,000   Location & travel This role is based in the Birmingham area, offering a central location with excellent transport links.
