Job Title: Milk Delivery Driver Location: Northampton Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour Job Overview We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Milk Delivery Drivers.

This role involves completing early morning delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of milk and related products to residential and business customers.
Key Responsibilities Carry out scheduled delivery routes efficiently and safely Complete approximately 300350 deliveries (drops) per shift Load and unload goods as required Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and on time Provide a high level of customer service Follow all company procedures, road safety regulations, and hygiene standards Report any issues or discrepancies promptly Working Hours Shift Time: 21:00 07:30 Break: 30-minute unpaid break Total Shift Length: 9 hours Working Days: Sunday & Monday Wednesday & Thursday Requirements Full UK driving licence (essential) Ability to work night shifts xwzovoh and early mornings Good time management and reliability Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting Previous delivery experience desirable but not essential Progression Opportunities Opportunities for career development within the business, including progression to Team Leader roles
