Are you looking to join an established planning consultancy in Central London that offers exposure to high-profile clients and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, social and supportive team?

We are partnering with an independent consultancy seeking a Senior Planner to strengthen one of their internal teams. In this role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use and retail, while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a variety of planning applications
• Producing high-quality reports
• Leading client meetings and project discussions
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development initiatives
• Preparing fee proposals and tenders

Requirements:

• Chartered membership of the RTPI
• Experience supporting or managing medium to large-scale developments across the UK
