- Remote/ London
- up to £60,000 per annum Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a retailer, who are looking for a Payroll Lead, on a 4 month FTC basis, (possible temp to perm option).
This role will be responsible for leading payroll operations, across their UK & EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment, play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.
This role is either on a remote or hybrid basis, based in their London office.
The Payroll Lead will be assisting/overseeing duties such as: Manage end to end payroll delivery across UK & EMEA countries Act as the subject matter expert for payroll Contribute to the development of global payroll strategy Manage and maintain high data integrity, producing accurate reporting, and enhancing system capability and workflows Oversee end to end benefits administration Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes, documentation, and systems Key Skills: Proven experience xwzovoh processing UK & EMEA payrolls Strong knowledge of local tax, pension, and labour regulations across EMEA countries Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality Excellent communication skills If you are interested in discussing this position in greater detail, please apply now.
