Job Title: Customer Success Executive (CSE) Location: Remote Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum WRK digital is proud to be partnering exclusively with an expanding Proptech leader providing technology to estate agents, so they can offer, manage and control their own online auction service for their buyers and sellers.

This role is to play an intrinsic role in the success of the Customer Success (CS) team acting as a coordinator between the support, tech and customer success functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and getting stuck into a varied role where no two days are the same.
Reporting directly to the Customer Success Team Lead and be supported through regular check-ins, mentorship and career development opportunities.
This role is paying up to £33,000 per annum and offers a great opportunity to grow with the business.
Customer Success Support CSMs in onboarding, training, discovery calls Support the management of a portfolio of assigned agents, driving adoption and platform usage Conduct regular, informal check-ins (virtual, and at times in-person) to build strong relationships Assisting with analysis agent performance and recommend ways to increase auction listings and success Customer Support Troubleshoot issues and liaise with the Tech team to resolve them CS Operational Delivery Maintain accurate records in HubSpot Support post sales processes (e.g.
memoranda amendments, invoicing coordination) Key Experience: Interest and experience working in the property and technology sector is desirable.
1-2 years experience in a customer success role ideally in a b2b market.
Excellent communication skills
- both written and verbal with the ability to interact successfully with clients by video conferencing and phone as well as in person.
A proactive approach to your work which results in excellent teamwork and customer service.
Excellent IT skills including in Excel and Powerpoint.
Experience with Canva and Hubspot would be desirable.
A friendly, mostly remote team, with a monthly team day in London. xwzovoh
