Part-Time Administrative Assistant Lockerbie (Potential for Permanent Role) We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join a very busy team in Lockerbie .

Key Responsibilities: Providing general administrative support to the team Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence Maintaining accurate records and filing systems Assisting with data entry and document preparation Supporting day-to-day office operations Requirements: Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential What We Offer: 20 hours per week to start.
