We’re looking for a Refrigeration Technical Services Manager to take ownership of technical excellence across a growing, dynamic organisation.

This is a high-profile, influential role where you’ll act as the go-to expert for refrigeration systems—supporting projects, driving innovation, and shaping best practice across operations, engineering, and customer delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Technical Leadership

• Be the lead authority on refrigeration systems and applications
• Support engineers, operations, and project teams with expert technical guidance
• Drive standards, processes, and continuous improvement
• Introduce new technologies, equipment, and solutions

Project & Operational Support

• Support projects from concept through to completion
• Conduct site surveys and contribute to solution development
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and handover phases

Engineering & Service Excellence

• Act as escalation point for complex faults
• Help identify recurring issues and implement improvements
• Mentor and develop engineering teams

Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement

• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and key customers
• Provide technical expertise in customer meetings and business development
• Manage supplier technical interactions, warranties, and innovation opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the refrigeration industry (commercial essential)
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial & integral refrigeration systems
• Proven experience supporting projects, installations, and service teams
• F-Gas certified + full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
