Customer Service Representative Temporary Contract – 6 Months Sandbach  £25,500 - £27,000 per annum DOE  Monday - Friday  - 9am - 5pm We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy and fast‑paced environment on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and proven experience in customer service and complaint handling.  Key Responsibilities Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner Assisting customers with general enquiries, order processing, and issue resolution Handling customer concerns and complaints through to resolution Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services while maintaining a customer‑focused approach Accurately recording customer interactions and updating internal systems Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of internal procedures and policies Skills & Experience Required Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proven experience handling customer complaints (minimum 1 year required) At least 3 years’ customer service experience Confident telephone manner with excellent phone etiquette Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of accuracy with data entry and record keeping Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Contract Details Temporary role 6‑month contract In‑person position Benefits Company pension Employee discount Health and wellbeing programme Sick pay To apply or to discuss this role in more detail, please contact (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
