We're looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our Technical team and play a key role in supporting some of the UK's leading retailers, foodservice customers and business partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects and ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, legality and quality.   Managing customer specifications and supporting the launch of new products Providing technical support to National Account Managers and wider business teams Managing consumer complaints and supporting investigations and trend analysis Supporting ethical sourcing, sustainability and customer compliance requirements Working closely with colleagues across Technical, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations   Experience within a food manufacturing technical, quality or compliance role Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills Experience working with major retailers and online specification portals would be advantageous.   At Cafea UK, you'll join a business that combines the agility of a local team with the strength and expertise of an international coffee group.
