Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes across retail banking clients
• Manage multiple projects/workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Engage senior stakeholders (C-suite to delivery teams) to drive decision-making and programme governance
• Oversee implementation of core banking, digital, or payments transformation initiatives
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively manage mitigation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, engineering, and business change
• Drive best practice programme management standards within a consulting environment

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes within retail banking

• Strong consulting background, with experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
• Deep understanding of banking systems (e.g. core banking, digital channels, payments)
• Track record of managing complex, multi-stream programmes with distributed teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
