Salary: £27k base (OTE £40k–£60k in Year 1)

This is a sales-focused role covering the full headhunting lifecycle: business development, client relationship management, deal origination, and execution. You’ll quickly take ownership of client relationships and develop your own profit streams.
H&P works with leading international clients, including Magic Circle law firms, top-tier investment banks, and Private Equity firms across the UK, US, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting live executive search mandates across senior leadership hires
- Engaging and building relationships with passive candidates
- Conducting detailed market mapping and research to identify senior talent
- Supporting business development activity across existing and new client accounts
- Assisting in negotiation and end-to-end deal management
- Participating in client presentations, pitches, and candidate interviews
- Developing strong market knowledge to engage senior stakeholders confidently
- Learning how to originate and convert high-value mandates
What we are looking for
- 2:1 or above at bachelor’s level is preferred but not essential
- Ambition, drive and entrepreneurial flair
- Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic
- Strong communicative ability with an aptitude for sales processes
- Sales / Business development / Marketing / consulting experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Commercial awareness and a high level of EQ and IQ
- Progressive and career minded
- A personality that thrives on meritocracy and an autonomous environment
- Competitive mentality with a proven track record, either from sporting or educational background. xwzovoh
