Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting for Driver’s Mates to join a well-established client based in Medina, Newport on the Isle of Wight. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work with the chance of securing a permanent role after a successful 12-week temporary period. The Role * Assisting the driver with multi-drop deliveries across the Isle of Wight * Working as part of a two-person crew * Loading and unloading goods safely * Supporting with navigation and delivery paperwork where required * Providing excellent customer service during deliveries * Monday to Friday work * Day shifts only * Shift times will be confirmed by site once training has been completed Requirements * Reliable and punctual * Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Positive attitude and willingness to work * Must be based on the Isle of Wight * Previous warehouse or delivery experience is beneficial but not essential What We Offer * Monday to Friday working pattern * Temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks * Full support from the Flexible People team * Friendly and supportive working environment If you are based on the Isle of Wight and looking for an opportunity to join a professional delivery team, apply today with Flexible People Ltd
