Service Delivery Manager (Ref: R/SDM/M/26) Permanent | MondayFriday | Hours to be discussed at interview £35,342.37 per annum Join Us! The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of a frontline operational contract, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

You will lead, manage, and develop operational crews, acting as the first point of contact for councils, while maintaining full oversight of service delivery, performance, and compliance.
This is a people-first leadership role requiring strong communication, confidence in decision-making, and the ability to challenge, investigate, and drive accountability across teams.
What you NEED to bring to the table: Minimum of 3+ years experience managing frontline teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (e.g.
retail, hospitality, logistics or similar environment) Proven experience handling people management issues, including performance, conduct, absence, and conflict resolution Experience using data, reports, and performance metrics to monitor and improve operational performance Good level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Working knowledge of Health & Safety practices and relevant operational standards Bonus Points if you have: Understanding of operational service delivery within logistics, waste, or similar environments Who you are: Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations and drive accountability Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing Confident in managing difficult conversations and challenging poor performance constructively Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Proactive, resilient, and consistent in maintaining high standards Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce insights Ability to coach, support, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement Deadline to Apply: Get your application in by Friday 22nd May @ 9 AM sharp! xwzovoh Heads up: We might close the role early if the right person rolls in so dont hang about!
