1st Line Support Engineer

AMR298 IT Support Bristol upto £28,000 My Client are a leading Bristol based IT technology services provider and cloud solution provider. This dynamic company are currently looking to expand there technical team and currently have a vacancy for an additional 1st line-technical Support Specialist/Software Support Consultant. The Software Support Consultant/IT Support Specialist will need the following experience: 1) Ideally previous IT Technical support gained in a busy IT environment. Any knowledge of windows PC, Server Ops and understanding of office365 advantageous. Any Linux a bonus 2) Ideally experienced across the board in all areas of office Networks 3) Anyone working for a current Managed service provider advantageous 4) Hard Working and looking to develop in a scale up business 5) Natural relationship builder and good communicator 6) Hard Worker and natural problem solver 7) Happy to get stuck into projects and happy to do INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL REMOTE DIAL UPS. This is an office based role-Mon-Fri Normal office hours unless on-call, on call occurs 1 week in 4, is paid at £1500 in addition to basic.
