Overview Reginald Gray continues to partner with a key client on an exciting opportunity newly brought to market. A well-established, Oxfordshire-based contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Special Works division at an exciting period of growth. The Role This is a genuinely varied project management position overseeing a portfolio of special works projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £2m, spanning both new build and refurbishment. With approximately 90% of project activity concentrated across Oxfordshire, you will be close to your work without being tied to a single site. Each project benefits from a dedicated working foreman or supervisor managing day to day site activities, allowing you to operate at a higher level — focused on programme, commercial awareness, subcontractor management, and client relationships across multiple schemes simultaneously. Reporting into the Head of Construction, this is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of your portfolio, shape how you manage your workload, and make a real impact within a business that has the infrastructure and reputation to support you.
