Head of Construction

Head of School for Construction Location : Pershore Salary : £47,202 per annum Contract type : Permanent This role is based in the UK and will be working on site in our UK based College.

As the Head of School you will provide strategic leadership and direction for the Construction area, ensuring the school delivers outstanding educational provision in line with the goals and values of WCG.

The role will oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the curriculum, ensuring that student outcomes and quality standards exceed national benchmarks.

The Head of School will also be responsible for financial management, staff development, and exter ? nal stakeholder engagement, ensuring the school remains responsive to both local and national needs.

You will report to the Campus Principal at Pershore College, and support and development plans will be in place for successful applicants.
