We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to maximise revenue and retention.
What Youll Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
What we are looking for
Proven experience in a sales or account management role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
Target-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated with a proactive approach xwzovoh to work
Earning Potential
£28,000 - £32,000 base salary
Uncapped commission structure monthly and quarterly bonuses
Realistic OTE of £36,000£38,000+
