THE ROLE: As Regional Sales Manager, you will drive sales across the North West and North Wales, selling a range of orthopaedic implants including plates, screws, nails and fixation systems. You'll work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, scrub teams and procurement while managing and developing a team of 2 Clinical Specialists and 1 Clinical Manager. The role is field based 3-4 days per week with a strong focus on coaching commercial performance and growing key accounts.

THE PERSON: We are looking for applicants with orthopaedic sales experience and existing surgeon relationships across the territory. Leadership experience is beneficial, but senior sales professionals looking for their first management role will also be considered. xwzovoh

• £65k-75k basic
