As a Senior Customer Experience Consultant in Derby, you will manage customer service activity within the Transport & Distribution industry, helping customers receive clear and timely support. You will handle day-to-day enquiries and work closely with colleagues to keep service delivery organised throughout this FTC. Follow agreed customer service processes to provide a consistent experience.
