Mechanical Project Manager

Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support a large student accommodation project starting in June in Leeds city centre, with further projects to follow across Leeds. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to oversee a major project from inception through to completion, working within a collaborative and supportive delivery team with strong prospects for long-term career progression. Roles and Responsibilities * Managing mechanical works on a large-scale project from planning through to delivery and handover * Overseeing budgets, programmes, and resource allocation * Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders * Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health and safety and quality standards * Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues efficiently * Providing regular project updates and reports Skills and Qualifications Required * Strong mechanical background, including HVAC, pipework, and plant systems * Valid SMSTS/SSSTS Qualifcation * Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical or M&E projects * Strong organisational and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines * Commitment to health and safety and quality standards * Based within or able to work in Leeds If you would like more information about this contract opportunity, please apply or send your CV, and we will be in touch with further details
