Customer Development Coordinator Cardiff £negotiable depending on experience We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer focused Customer Development Co-ordinator to join our client’s customer service team Supporting the Customer Development Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service while coordinating sales administration, reporting and day to day customer support. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to build strong customer relationships and contribute to the continued success of the business. The Role * Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries. * Process sales orders and maintain accurate CRM records. * Manage customer complaints and support the customer portal. * Liaise with production to resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience. * Prepare reports, support tenders and assist with business projects. * Coordinate customer visits and exhibitions as required. * Support continuous improvement by helping to develop processes and systems. The Person You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. You will be confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
