Job Description

The Back of House Supervisor is responsible for the planning and direction of the hotels overall Stewarding team and assist the Goods Receiving operations out of hours.

Inspects all food and beverage areas and kitchens on a daily basis to ensure cleanliness and compliance with local health/sanitation codes
Assist in controlling the department expenditures of cleaning xkybehq materials and equipment
