Head of Toxicology

This role will provide strategic scientific leadership across nonclinical safety and toxicology programmes, while also supporting client relationships, team development, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the toxicology team and provide scientific oversight across client projects
• Advise on nonclinical safety strategy from discovery through development
• Review study designs, data interpretation, risk assessments, and reports
• Act as senior client contact for toxicology and safety matters
• Support regulatory submissions and interactions
• Mentor and develop team members
• Contribute to business development and growth of the toxicology offering

Requirements

• PhD in Toxicology, Pharmacology, xwzovoh or related discipline
• DABT / ERT qualification preferred
• Extensive experience in nonclinical toxicology and drug development
• Previous leadership or senior consultancy experience
• Strong client-facing and commercial skills
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements
