About the role
Medlock Partners are supporting a growing firm who are seeking a Head of Sales to lead its partner and intermediary channels. The business works with accountancy firms, professional advisers and strategic partners across the UK and internationally.
The Role
You will own revenue growth through the accountancy channel and wider distribution network. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll scale existing partnerships, build new commercial routes to market and develop a high‑performing sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the accountancy referral network
- Build senior‑level relationships with partners and decision‑makers
- Develop new distribution channels (corporate finance, legal, private client)
- Create go‑to‑market strategies and partner propositions
- Manage a strong sales pipeline and deliver revenue targets
- Lead high‑value client conversations and conversions
- Build and develop a high‑performing sales team
- Implement KPIs, reporting frameworks and CRM discipline
- Work closely with technical and marketing teams
About You
- Senior sales leadership experience in professional services, advisory, tax or financial services
- Proven success in partner/intermediary channel sales
- Strong track record of revenue growth
- Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting and CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Motivated, commercially astute and confident with senior stakeholders
