Delivery Director. Housebuilding. 130,000 - £160,000 Basic + Bonus + LTIP. Cognisant Search has been appointed to recruit a Delivery Director on behalf of a rapidly growing residential developer and investor, building quality homes across the North West. With an established and growing pipeline of developments and ambitious growth plans, this is a pivotal appointment, to take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards. Full accountability for project delivery from land handover through to practical completion to customer Lead the Development, Technical, Commercial and Construction functions as one integrated team Drive programme certainty, quality standards and margin performance across the portfolio Identify risks early, intervene decisively, maintain exceptional health, safety and environmental standards Provide commercial insight and strategic recommendations A hands-on leader with strong technical, commercial and construction expertise, capable of identifying issues early and driving successful outcomes.
