Head of Quality and Compliance £80,000 - £100,000 London (WC1X) / Hybrid working available An innovative AI-powered conveyancing firm is looking for a Compliance Legal Engineer (Deputy HOLP & Deputy MLRO) to join their growing Conveyancing team and help shape the future of legal compliance. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified conveyancer with strong residential conveyancing experience to combine their legal expertise with compliance, AML and emerging legal technology. Working closely with senior leadership and legal technology teams, you will support compliance frameworks, risk management, client due diligence, file reviews and regulatory requirements, while helping develop smarter AI-driven compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end residential conveyancing process, experience within a regulated legal environment, and knowledge of AML, source of funds checks, risk assessments and regulatory requirements. You do not need to already hold Deputy HOLP or Deputy MLRO appointments, but you should have the experience and capability to develop into these responsibilities over time.
