Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home Location: Wiltshire Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full Time | Permanent JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established children's residential provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of its Ofsted-regulated homes in Wiltshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation committed to delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. Key Responsibilities * Lead the day-to-day management of an Ofsted-registered children's home. * Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and safeguarding legislation. * Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing staff team. * Manage budgets, staffing and service performance. * Build positive relationships with professionals, families and external agencies. * Promote a nurturing, therapeutic and child-centred environment. * Prepare for and maintain successful Ofsted inspections. Requirements * Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up. * Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding. * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards). * Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. * Full UK driving licence.
