JP Healthcare Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate Registered Manager for a children's residential care opportunity in Daventry. We're looking for someone who believes in leading with compassion, supporting their team and making a genuine difference in the lives of young people. The Role As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Leading and supporting a dedicated residential care team. * Creating a safe, nurturing and positive environment. * Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements. * Developing staff and promoting a supportive team culture. * Driving positive outcomes for children and young people. About You We're looking for someone with: * Experience in children's residential care management. * A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards it where appropriate. * Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * A genuine commitment to child-centred care.
