This is a full-time, on-site role.

About the role:

As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will help keep the front desk running smoothly while supporting the wider teams with administrative tasks.

Duties:

• Answering the main switchboard, directing phone calls and emails.
• Greeting visitors and ensuring they are signed in and allocated a visitors pass.
• Booking visitor parking bays.
• Inbound and outbound post duties including franking and booking couriers.
• Booking taxis.
• Ordering stationery / monitoring the stationery cupboard and distributing stationary to staff.
• Supporting general administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Maths & English GCSE – Grade A-C

Desirable:

• Previous Receptionist or front-of-house experience
• Experience in a customer facing role
