Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for high-quality work, genuine flexibility, and a clear path for progression?

The Role

You will handle a broad and varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
• Refinancing matters
• Renewable energy projects
• Strategic development work acting for landowners

The role has a strong emphasis on development-led work, including drafting and negotiating:

• Promotion agreements
• Option agreements
• Landowner collaboration and consortium agreements

You will work across both residential and commercial development matters, with exposure to complex, high-value instructions. xwzovoh
