About the Role:

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll be part of a growing team that works with a variety of clients—ranging from small schemes to those worth over £1bn. Your role will involve conducting actuarial valuations, calculating member options, preparing disclosures for accounting purposes, and supporting data and benefit rectification projects.


You’ll also get the opportunity to work directly with clients, attend meetings, and even present alongside senior team members. Plus, you’ll be part of a collaborative, people-first culture where learning and growth are always encouraged.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting actuarial valuations for funding, and buy-in feasibility studies
  • Calculating transfer values and other member calculations
  • Producing member option factors such as early/late retirement and commutation factors
  • Supporting GMP equalisation and other benefit rectification projects


What We’re Looking For:

  • Part-qualified FIA with at least 3 years of experience in a UK pensions actuarial consulting role
  • Strong understanding of the UK DB pensions industry and key current issues
  • Excellent communication skills able to explain complex concepts clearly
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning and development
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
