Business Development Manager. Fasteners & Fixings UK Nationwide | Up to £55,000 DOE + Company Car + Commission We are working with a well-established manufacturer of industrial fasteners, fixings and C-class components to appoint its first dedicated Business Development Manager. Established in 1996, the business has built its success through reputation and inbound enquiries. It is now looking for a proactive sales professional to generate new business and shape its long-term sales strategy. The Role Generate new business across the UK Target sectors including construction, energy and nuclear Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Develop relationships with key decision-makers Identify new markets and commercial opportunities Take ownership of the complete sales process Requirements Proven business development experience Experience within fasteners, fixings, C-class components or a related industrial product sector Strong new business generation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working with considerable autonomy Willingness to travel nationwide Package Up to £55,000 depending on experience Company car Commission UK-wide autonomous role Opportunity to build and shape the sales function WR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
