Job Title: Recruitment Consultant, Driving and Industrial sector Location: Enfield Job Type: Full Time Salary: £28K - £35K OTE We are currently looking for a consultant for our established branch based in Enfield. The Person: * The ability to build and develop strong client relationships by simply having conversations. * Excellent communication skills on all levels, both written and oral. * Outward going and positive personality with a ‘can do attitude’. * To be able to work to, and be rewarded for, achieving defined goals. * Able to multi-task within a fast-paced working environment, where no two days are the same. * Ideally have some experience within the Logistics or Transport industries but not essential * Full UK drivers license with access to a vehicle. Duties as Recruitment Consultant: * Development of existing and prospect clients. * Ability to identify, win, grow and retain business. * Organising and attending new and service visits to clients. * Ensuring you provide a high-quality service to both your temps and clients alike. * Remaining compliant and uphold the high standards of the company at all times.
